Partner & Fiancé Migration - Required Documents

• Fully completed and signed Form 47SP
• Fully completed and signed Form 40SP by your Australian partner or fiancé
• Evidence of your partner or fiancé’s permanent resident visa in Australia or Australian citizenship/and or passport
• Divorce certificate (if applicable for either applicant or sponsor)
• Four (4) recent passport-size photographs of yourself and each member of your family unit included in the application
• Valid passport and passport photocopy. Please bring your passport when you lodge your application.
• A true copy of your original birth certificate, with English translation, and for each person included in the application
• Penal certificate from the Jordanian Ministry of Justice with English translation. Also penal certificates from any other country where you have resided for more than 12 months in the past 10 years
• Marriage certificate with English translation ( both Civil and/or Certificate from Islamic Court/Church)
• Death certificate of previous spouse (if applicable – sponsor/applicant)
• Documentary evidence of your relationship, for example letters and cards (with envelopes and stamps), emails, photographs, videos, statutory declarations, telephone accounts, airline tickets, wills, joint financial accounts and obligations etc
• Fully completed and signed Form 80 ( Please ensure details coincide with passport details and that form is FULLY completed including employment history)
• If applicant is from Iraq, signed Character Statutory Declaration completed at time of lodgment
• Prospective Spouse (i.e. Fiancé) applicants require an authorized marriage celebrant in Australia to issue them with an acceptable Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).

Visa Application Charge (VAC)

The VAC is payable at the counter in cash in Jordanian Dinars ONLY. If your sponsor wishes to pay at a DIAC office in Australia, please lodge with your application the pink copy of the receipt that was issued to your sponsor as evidence of payment.
