Important Notice For Split Family Applicants In Iraq

You do not need to leave Iraq to have your humanitarian visa application processed.

When the Melbourne Offshore Humanitarian Processing Centre advise your proposer (usually your spouse) that your visa application will be referred to Amman for further processing, please do not leave your home for Jordan, Syria or Iran.

Stay at home with your family and we will contact you directly or through your proposer. 

The Australian Embassy in Amman is making arrangements to conduct interviews and undertake medical examinations in Iraq and we will contact you with details of location, time as well as a list of required documents to bring to interview.
